This recently came in from a California homeowner:

“Appears to be a leak in our slab foundation. Floor tiles suddenly began to feel warm in certain areas. The best way to handle a slab leak is to prevent it by by-passing the slab with a repipe before the damage is done. 

If that opportunity is missed (as above) definitely do the repipe by-pass immediately.  This will fix the situation permanently and is the most economical approach.  To tear up the slab and fix each leak as it pops up can turn into a nightmare of repairs, one after another.

The purpose of this letter is to comment on the experience my family has recently had with MasterServ as a result of an unexpected plumbing issue at our home.
